EUROMATCH MEN'S TERMS

Terms for men registering with EuroMatch, subscribing to the Platform and booking Tours
Effective 30 October 2026
These terms form a contract between you and EuroMatch when you register, subscribe or book a Tour. In these terms a man registered with EuroMatch is called a Client and a woman on the EuroMatch database is called a Member. The Terms of Use and Code of Conduct and the Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Part A applies to everything; Part B applies to subscriptions; Part C applies to Tours.
EuroMatch is an introduction and events service. It is not a marriage broker, a migration agent or a travel agent, and it guarantees no outcome.

2. PART A: REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE PLATFORM
2.1 No guaranteed outcome. EuroMatch maintains a database of women living in Europe who have applied to EuroMatch and been admitted because they wish to meet an Australian man for a genuine relationship. EuroMatch does not guarantee that any Member will reply to you, speak with you, attend any Event or wish to meet you; that you will form a relationship with or marry any Member; that any particular number of Members will attend any Event; or that any Member will be able to visit or migrate to Australia. Every Member is free to decide whom she speaks with and meets, and may block you or decline to meet you without explanation. Nothing you pay gives you any entitlement to the attention, time or company of any Member. EuroMatch verifies the identity and age of every Member but cannot verify the honesty, intentions, character or circumstances of any Member.
2.2 Eligibility. You may register only if you are a man aged 18 or older; are single, divorced, widowed, or separated and no longer living with a wife or partner, and declare which applies; are resident in Australia (or elsewhere with EuroMatch's written agreement); and are seeking a genuine long term relationship. EuroMatch decides, at its discretion and without giving reasons, whether to accept or refuse any registration, Subscription or Tour booking, and may refuse or remove any man whose Police Check or declaration discloses any criminal conviction, pending charge, or restraining, protection or family violence order. EuroMatch will not take into account a conviction that is spent under the Spent Convictions Act 1988 (WA) or equivalent law.
2.3 Verification. Before you can view full Profiles or send messages you must complete EuroMatch's automated identity verification. Before you can attend any Event or Tour you must also give EuroMatch a Police Check (or authorise EuroMatch to obtain one at your cost) and sign a statutory declaration in the form EuroMatch provides confirming your relationship status, the number of times you have been married, whether you have children under 18, whether any court has made a restraining, protection or family violence order against you, and that your registration information is true. Your Police Check is seen only by EuroMatch, is never disclosed to any Member, and is handled under the Privacy Policy. You must tell EuroMatch promptly if any of this information changes.
2.4 Using the Platform. You may view the Profiles available to your tier and send messages through the Platform, which can translate between English and Ukrainian. Members choose whether to reply. You must not send repeated messages to a Member who has not replied, and must stop messaging a Member who asks you to stop or blocks you. You must keep confidential all information about Members, must not copy, screenshot or share any Profile, photograph or message, and must not post anything about any Member or Event anywhere.
2.5 Communication. All communication between Members and Clients takes place through the Platform, and in person only at Events and Approved Meetings. EuroMatch never gives a Member's Contact Details to a Client or a Client's Contact Details to a Member.
2.6 Members and Clients must not give, request or exchange Contact Details in any way, and must not arrange to meet anywhere other than at an Event or an Approved Meeting. The Platform blocks messages containing Contact Details and flags attempts for review by EuroMatch Staff, who may read flagged messages.
2.7 Anyone who communicates or meets outside the Platform, an Event or an Approved Meeting does so entirely at his or her own risk. EuroMatch has no knowledge of, no control over and no responsibility for anything said or done there.
2.8 Your commitments. You agree to:
(a) give EuroMatch true information, use only genuine recent photographs of yourself, and keep your information current;
(b) follow the Code of Conduct at all times;
(c) treat every Member with courtesy, accept any refusal without argument, and never pressure or pursue a Member who has indicated she is not interested;
(d) give no Member money, loans, gifts or any other benefit, other than modest gifts such as flowers arranged through EuroMatch;
(e) make no promise or representation to any Member about marriage, migration, visas or financial support;
(f) not ask any Member for sexual activity or services, or suggest that any benefit depends on it;
(g) not take any photograph, video or recording at any Event or of any Member;
(h) not give any Member or anyone met through EuroMatch your bank, card or financial details;
(i) not use the Platform or Events for any commercial purpose, and not allow anyone else to use your account; and
(j) comply with the laws of any country you visit in connection with EuroMatch.
2.9 Optional services. EuroMatch may offer optional services at the prices on the Platform, such as video dates with a Member hosted by EuroMatch with an Interpreter, flowers delivered to a Member at an Event, and Approved Meeting activities. A Member may decline any optional service without explanation, in which case you are refunded. Optional services are not refundable once ordered, except where EuroMatch does not provide them.
2.10 Migration and visas. EuroMatch is not a registered migration agent and gives no immigration assistance or advice of any kind. EuroMatch has made no representation to you about whether any Member could visit or migrate to Australia or about any visa, and you have not relied on EuroMatch in relation to any such matter. Advice about sponsoring a partner must be obtained from a registered migration agent (listed at www.mara.gov.au) or an Australian legal practitioner at your own cost. EuroMatch receives no fee or benefit for any referral.
2.11 Privacy. EuroMatch handles your personal information under the Privacy Policy. You consent to EuroMatch disclosing your first name, age, city, occupation and photograph to Members, and your name and passport details to hotels and venues for Tours. EuroMatch will not disclose your surname, Contact Details, identity documents or Police Check to any Member.
2.12 Termination. EuroMatch may suspend or terminate your registration, Subscription and any Tour booking at any time at its discretion, immediately where it considers it necessary. If termination is for breach of these terms or the Code of Conduct, for false information, or because your Police Check or declaration discloses a matter described in clause 2.2, no refund is given for any amount paid. If termination is for any other reason, EuroMatch refunds the unused part of any Subscription period and any Tour not yet provided. EuroMatch may invite you to respond before deciding but is not required to, and its decision is final. You may close your account at any time.
2.13 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
2.14 Subject to clause 2.13, EuroMatch is not liable for:
(a) the conduct, statements, honesty, intentions or circumstances of any Member, Client or other person who is not EuroMatch Staff;
(b) anything that occurs outside the Platform, an Event or an Approved Meeting;
(c) any decision a person makes about a relationship, travel, migration or any other matter in reliance on information obtained through EuroMatch;
(d) any money, gift or benefit a person gives to anyone;
(e) loss arising from a person's own breach of these terms or the Code of Conduct; or
(f) any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of reputation.
2.15 Subject to clause 2.13, and other than for death or personal injury caused by EuroMatch's negligence or for fraud, EuroMatch's total liability to you in connection with a Subscription is limited to the Subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, and in connection with a Tour is limited to the Tour Price.
2.16 No director, officer, employee, contractor or Interpreter of EuroMatch has any personal liability to any person in connection with these terms or the EuroMatch services. Any claim may be brought only against EuroMatch Pty Ltd. This clause is for the benefit of each of those persons and may be enforced by them.
2.17 You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement by EuroMatch or EuroMatch Staff that is not set out in these terms or on the Platform, other than any statement that is misleading under the Australian Consumer Law. You indemnify EuroMatch against any loss, cost or claim arising from your breach of the Code of Conduct or these terms, except to the extent EuroMatch caused the loss.
3. PART B: SUBSCRIPTIONS
3.1 EuroMatch offers Subscriptions at the tiers, prices and with the features published on the pricing page of the Platform. All prices include GST. Before you pay, the Platform shows you the Subscription Key Facts Statement, which states that this is a subscription contract, the price and total minimum price, that it renews automatically and at what price, and how to cancel.
3.2 You choose monthly or annual billing, payable in advance. Your Subscription begins when your first payment is received and your identity is verified. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. EuroMatch emails you at least 7 days before each renewal with the amount, the date and a cancellation link. If a renewal payment fails, access is suspended until payment is made and the Subscription ends if payment is not made within 14 days.
3.3 You may cancel at any time online in your account or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: your Subscription continues until then and does not renew. No refund is given for the remainder of a monthly period. For an annual Subscription, EuroMatch refunds the unused whole months, with the months used charged at the monthly rate for your tier.
3.4 You may upgrade at any time (the difference is charged pro rata) or downgrade from your next renewal. EuroMatch may change prices on at least 30 days' written notice, applying only from your next renewal after the notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
4. PART C: TOURS
4.1 What a Tour is. A Tour is a seven night program in which up to 15 Clients stay at the hotel named on the Platform and attend three evening Events, each attended by Members, together with a meet and greet, daytime city tours and the other inclusions listed on the Platform for that Tour. The number of Members stated for any Event is EuroMatch's expectation and is not guaranteed. Members attend voluntarily and may change their plans at any time.
4.2 Not included. Flights, travel insurance, airport transfers unless stated, meals and drinks outside the program, hotel incidentals, personal expenses, optional services, and passport, visa or travel authorisation costs. You make and pay for your own flights and all travel to and from the Tour city. EuroMatch provides only the accommodation and Events listed, and no Member or other person is authorised to arrange anything on EuroMatch's behalf.
4.3 Booking and payment. You may book through the Platform once you have satisfied clause 2.3. A deposit of 20 per cent of the Tour Price secures your place and is accepted by EuroMatch at its discretion. The balance is payable no later than 28 days before the Start Date; if you book within 28 days of the Start Date the whole Tour Price is payable when you book. If the balance is not paid when due, EuroMatch may cancel your booking and the deposit is forfeited. Before you pay the deposit, the Platform shows you the Tour Key Facts Statement.
4.4 Cooling off. You may cancel within 3 Business Days after EuroMatch confirms your booking, provided the Start Date is more than 28 days away, and receive a full refund.
4.5 If you cancel later. After the cooling off period the deposit is not refundable. Once the balance has been paid, no part of the Tour Price is refundable. This applies whatever the reason for cancellation, including illness, injury, family emergency, work commitments, travel disruption or refusal of entry to any country. These amounts reflect EuroMatch's committed costs for hotel rooms, venues, catering, Interpreters and staff, which cannot be recovered. Travel insurance is compulsory and is the means by which you protect yourself against these risks.
4.6 If EuroMatch cancels. EuroMatch may cancel a Tour at any time, including because of insufficient bookings or any event beyond its reasonable control. If EuroMatch cancels, everything you have paid for the Tour is refunded within 10 Business Days, and that refund is EuroMatch's only liability. EuroMatch is not responsible for flights, insurance or other arrangements you have made. Do not book flights until EuroMatch confirms in writing that the Tour is proceeding. EuroMatch may change the hotel to one of equivalent or higher standard, the order of the program, or the venue of an Event within the same city, without liability.
4.7 Passports and entry. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting the entry requirements of each country you enter, which you must confirm with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (www.smartraveller.gov.au) and the country concerned. If you are refused boarding, entry or transit, the cancellation rules above apply.
4.8 Insurance and health. You must hold comprehensive travel insurance covering the whole period of your travel including the Tour, with cover for cancellation, overseas medical expenses, hospitalisation, evacuation and repatriation, and must give EuroMatch the insurer's name and policy number at least 28 days before the Start Date. You must be fit to take part in the program, which includes walking tours, and must tell EuroMatch of any medical condition, allergy or accessibility need relevant to your participation. All medical costs are your responsibility.
4.9 Accommodation. A single room for your sole occupancy for seven nights. You must not admit any person who is not a registered Client or EuroMatch Staff member to your room at any time; in particular, no Member may be invited to or admitted to any hotel room. You are responsible to the hotel for any damage and any charges beyond those included in the Tour.
4.10 Events during the Tour. Attendance at the day one meet and greet is required. At each Event EuroMatch Staff will introduce you to Members with the help of Interpreters. You must accept any Member's wish to end a conversation. After each Event you and each Member may complete a confidential match form; EuroMatch tells you of any Mutual Interest Match but not the names of Members who did not name you. Where both wish it, EuroMatch Staff may arrange an Approved Meeting in a public place; you must not arrange any other meeting, overnight stay, travel outside the city or visit to a Member's home. After the Tour, you and any Member continue to communicate only through the Platform.
4.11 Alcohol and photography. Alcohol is served by the venue. EuroMatch Staff may ask the venue to stop serving you and may require you to leave an Event if you are intoxicated. Illegal drugs will result in removal from the Tour. No participant may take any photograph, video or audio recording at any Event or Approved Meeting, or of any Member, Client or EuroMatch Staff member. Only EuroMatch may photograph or film an Event, and EuroMatch will use an image of a person for marketing only if that person has given the Media Consent in these terms.
4.12 Removal from a Tour. EuroMatch may remove you from a Tour at any time at its discretion, immediately where it considers it necessary, including for any breach of the Code of Conduct, any attempt to exchange Contact Details or meet a Member outside an Event or Approved Meeting, intoxication or drugs, or risk to any person. If you are removed, no refund is given, you must leave the hotel by the time EuroMatch states, you are responsible for your own accommodation and travel from then, and you must not attend any further Event or contact any Member.
4.13 Your own risk. You acknowledge that a Tour involves travel in a foreign country, social events at which alcohol is served, walking tours and meeting people who are strangers to you, that these activities carry ordinary risks that EuroMatch cannot eliminate, and that you take part at your own risk except to the extent loss is caused by EuroMatch's negligence or breach. EuroMatch is the organiser of the Tour and is responsible for providing the listed inclusions with due care and skill. Where a supplier fails, EuroMatch will provide an alternative of equivalent value or refund the value of the service not provided.
4.14 Problems during the Tour. Tell the tour director immediately so the problem can be resolved on the spot. A problem not reported during the Tour may limit the remedy available afterwards.
5. MEDIA CONSENT (OPTIONAL)
5.1 A Client may, but need not, give EuroMatch permission to use photographs and video of him taken by EuroMatch at Events, and his first name, in EuroMatch marketing on the EuroMatch website and app, EuroMatch social media accounts, paid online advertising and printed material (the Media Consent). The Media Consent is given by ticking the separate Media Consent box on the Platform. Refusing it has no effect on registration, bookings or attendance.
5.2 EuroMatch will not use a surname, Contact Details or identity documents in any material, will not use any image in a sexualised or misleading way, and will not describe a person as having met a partner through EuroMatch unless that is true. Where EuroMatch uses images or testimonials of couples who did not meet through EuroMatch, it will say so.
5.3 A Media Consent may be withdrawn at any time by email to info@euromatch.com.au. Within 14 days EuroMatch will remove the material from the Platform and its own social media accounts and stop using it in new material. EuroMatch cannot recall printed material already distributed or copies made by others from public pages.
6. COMPLAINTS, MEDIATION AND GOVERNING LAW
6.1 Any complaint should be sent to info@euromatch.com.au. EuroMatch will acknowledge it within 2 Business Days and respond in writing within 10 Business Days, or tell you within that time when a full response will be given.
6.2 If a dispute is not resolved through that process, the parties must attempt in good faith to resolve it by mediation before either commences any court proceedings (other than proceedings for urgent injunctive relief). The mediator is to be agreed between the parties or, failing agreement within 14 days, appointed by the President of the Law Society of Western Australia or his or her nominee. The costs of the mediator are shared equally.
6.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
7. GENERAL
7.1 If any provision of these terms is unenforceable it is to be read down or severed without affecting the remaining provisions. A failure or delay by EuroMatch in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
7.2 EuroMatch may assign its rights and obligations under these terms to a related company or a purchaser of its business on written notice. No other party may assign without EuroMatch's written consent.
7.3 EuroMatch is not liable for any failure or delay caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including war, civil unrest, terrorism, epidemic, government direction, border closure, hotel or venue failure, natural disaster or failure of telecommunications, provided that where a paid service cannot be delivered EuroMatch refunds in accordance with these terms.
7.4 These terms, with the documents incorporated into them, are the entire agreement between the parties about their subject matter. Nothing in this clause limits liability for a misleading representation under the Australian Consumer Law.
7.5 EuroMatch may vary these terms on at least 30 days' written notice. A variation does not apply to a Tour already booked or a subscription period already paid for unless required by law or more favourable to the other party. A person who does not accept a variation may end the agreement before it takes effect and will be refunded for any paid service not yet provided.
7.6 Notices to EuroMatch must be sent to info@euromatch.com.au. Notices to a Member, Client or User may be sent to the email address or Platform account last notified and are taken to be received on the next Business Day.
8. ACCEPTANCE
8.1 By signing below (including by electronic signature on the Platform), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you have given is true, that you have read these terms and the documents incorporated into them, that you understand a Tour is a hosted social program with no guaranteed outcome, and that you agree to be bound by these terms.
8.2 [ ] Optional Media Consent: I agree that EuroMatch may use photographs and video of me taken at Events, and my first name, in EuroMatch marketing as described above. I understand I can withdraw this at any time.
