EUROMATCH WOMEN'S TERMS
EuroMatch Pty Ltd (ACN 702 966 069)
Terms for women joining the EuroMatch database and attending EuroMatch Events
Effective 30 October 2026
These terms apply to every woman who applies to join, or has joined, the EuroMatch database. In these terms a woman on the database is called a Member and a man registered with EuroMatch is called a Client. The Terms of Use and Code of Conduct and the Privacy Policy form part of these terms. They are provided in English and Ukrainian; the English version prevails, but EuroMatch will explain any part through an Interpreter on request.
There is no fee for applying, joining, remaining on or leaving the database, or for attending any Event. You may leave at any time.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these terms:
(a) Approved Meeting means a meeting between a Member and a Client during an Event Week, arranged by EuroMatch Staff after a Mutual Interest Match, in a public place.
(b) Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Perth, Western Australia.
(c) Client means a man who has registered with EuroMatch on the Men's Terms.
(d) Code of Conduct means Part B of the EuroMatch Terms of Use and Code of Conduct.
(e) Contact Details means any telephone number, email address, postal or residential address, social media account, messaging application identity or other means of communicating with a person outside the Platform.
(f) EuroMatch, we, us and our mean EuroMatch Pty Ltd (ACN 702 966 069) of Ballajura, Western Australia.
(g) EuroMatch Staff means the directors of EuroMatch and any person engaged by EuroMatch as tour director, host, Interpreter, security attendant, master of ceremonies or in any other capacity at an Event.
(h) Event means any reception, mixer, seminar, city tour, dinner or other occasion organised by EuroMatch, in Australia, Poland, Germany or elsewhere.
(i) Event Week means the seven night program of Events conducted by EuroMatch in Krakow, Berlin or another city.
(j) Interpreter means a person engaged by EuroMatch to interpret at an Event.
(k) Member means a woman who has been admitted to the EuroMatch database on the Women's Terms.
(l) Mutual Interest Match means a record made by EuroMatch that a Member and a Client have each named the other on a match form at an Event.
(m) Platform means the EuroMatch website at euromatch.com.au, the EuroMatch app, and the messaging and booking systems within them.
(n) Profile means the information and photographs about you that you create on the Platform and that EuroMatch displays to Clients.
1.2 In this document, the singular includes the plural; a reference to legislation includes amendments and replacements; headings do not affect interpretation; including is not a word of limitation; A$ means Australian dollars; and if there is any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
2. WHAT EUROMATCH DOES
2.1 EuroMatch is an Australian company that introduces women living in Poland, Germany and other European countries to Australian men who are looking for a genuine, lasting relationship. It displays Members' Profiles to verified Clients on the Platform, allows messages between Members and Clients through the Platform, and holds Events in Poland and Germany at which Members and Clients meet in person.
2.2 Clients pay EuroMatch. Members pay nothing. EuroMatch does not guarantee that you will meet anyone or that any relationship will result, makes no promise about marriage or migration, and gives no advice about visas. EuroMatch is not an employment agency, a modelling agency, an escort service or a marriage broker, and no Client is entitled to anything from you.
3. JOINING
3.1 You may apply if you are a woman aged 18 or older; are single, divorced, widowed, or separated and no longer living with a husband or partner; live in Europe (or elsewhere with EuroMatch's agreement); are applying for yourself and of your own free will; and are genuinely interested in a long term relationship. You must be willing to take part in a video interview with EuroMatch if asked.
3.2 You apply by completing the application form on the Platform and uploading a copy of an identity document showing your date of birth. The document is used only to confirm your age and identity and the copy is deleted after verification. EuroMatch decides, at its discretion and without giving reasons, whether to admit you.
3.3 You create your own Profile. It shows your first name (or a name you choose), your age, your city and country, your photographs and the information you write about yourself. It never shows your surname, address, workplace, Contact Details, identity documents or residence status. EuroMatch may edit your Profile for length, translation or suitability, and may decline to publish any part of it. You must keep your Profile accurate, use only genuine recent photographs of yourself, and tell EuroMatch if you marry, enter a relationship or no longer wish to meet anyone.
3.4 Your full Profile is shown only to verified Clients who are logged in. A limited preview (one photograph, your chosen first name, your age and your country) may appear on the public pages of the Platform, which anyone on the internet can see. You may ask EuroMatch at any time not to show the preview, and it will be removed within 2 Business Days.
4. COMMUNICATING WITH CLIENTS
4.1 Clients may send you messages through the Platform, which can translate between English and Ukrainian. You decide whether to reply. You are never required to reply to, meet or keep speaking with any Client, and you may block any Client at any time without explanation.
4.2 You may report any Client who behaves inappropriately or makes you feel uncomfortable, for example by asking for money or Contact Details, by using the report button on the Platform or by emailing info@euromatch.com.au. You will never be penalised for making a report.
5. ALL COMMUNICATION THROUGH THE PLATFORM
5.1 All communication between Members and Clients takes place through the Platform, and in person only at Events and Approved Meetings. EuroMatch never gives a Member's Contact Details to a Client or a Client's Contact Details to a Member.
5.2 Members and Clients must not give, request or exchange Contact Details in any way, and must not arrange to meet anywhere other than at an Event or an Approved Meeting. The Platform blocks messages containing Contact Details and flags attempts for review by EuroMatch Staff, who may read flagged messages.
5.3 Anyone who communicates or meets outside the Platform, an Event or an Approved Meeting does so entirely at his or her own risk. EuroMatch has no knowledge of, no control over and no responsibility for anything said or done there.
6. EVENTS
6.1 EuroMatch invites Members to Events during each Event Week in Krakow, Berlin or another city. You may accept or decline any invitation and may change your mind afterwards, without giving a reason. Please tell EuroMatch as soon as you can if you cannot attend. An invitation is personal to you. Children and guests cannot attend.
6.2 Attendance is free. EuroMatch provides the venue (a hotel function room or similar public space, never a private room), food and drinks including non-alcoholic drinks, Interpreters, a Ukrainian speaking host, a security attendant and an information card with emergency numbers. Travel to and from an Event is at your own cost unless your invitation says otherwise. EuroMatch Staff will help you call a taxi at your own cost if you wish.
6.3 On arrival you will show the identity document you used when you applied and receive a name badge with your chosen first name. Events usually run from 5.30 pm to 10.30 pm; you may arrive and leave at any time.
6.4 At an Event, EuroMatch Staff will introduce you to Clients. You are never required to speak with or sit with any Client and may end any conversation at any time; an Interpreter is available to help. Every Client has had his identity verified, has provided a national police check and has declared that he is single, separated, divorced or widowed. EuroMatch cannot guarantee the character or intentions of any Client, and you should take the same care you would with anyone you have just met.
6.5 Towards the end of each Event you may complete a confidential match form naming any Clients you would like to speak with again. A Client is told only that there is a Mutual Interest Match if he has also named you. After a Mutual Interest Match, EuroMatch Staff may, if you wish, arrange an Approved Meeting with the Client in a public place, at a time that suits you, with an Interpreter if you want one. You may decline or end an Approved Meeting at any time. After the Event Week, you and any Client continue to communicate only through the Platform.
6.6 A Client may, through EuroMatch, arrange flowers or a similar modest gift to be given to you at an Event. You may accept or decline. No Client may give you money or anything else of value, and you must not accept any.
6.7 Alcohol is served by the venue. You may drink or not as you wish. EuroMatch Staff may ask the venue to stop serving any person who appears intoxicated.
6.8 No participant may take any photograph, video or audio recording at any Event or Approved Meeting, or of any Member, Client or EuroMatch Staff member. Only EuroMatch may photograph or film an Event, and EuroMatch will use an image of a person for marketing only if that person has given the Media Consent in these terms.
6.9 Please tell EuroMatch before an Event of any allergy, dietary requirement or accessibility need. Please keep your bag, telephone and documents with you; EuroMatch is not responsible for personal property except where loss is caused by its negligence.
6.10 EuroMatch may change the venue, time or catering of an Event, or cancel it, and will tell you as soon as possible.
7. YOUR COMMITMENTS
7.1 You agree to:
(a) give EuroMatch true information and keep it current;
(b) follow the Code of Conduct, the reasonable directions of EuroMatch Staff and the venue's rules;
(c) not ask any Client for money, gifts, loans, employment, accommodation or migration assistance, and not accept money from any Client;
(d) not accept payment from anyone for joining, attending an Event or speaking with a Client, and not deal with EuroMatch through any agent or other person;
(e) not promote any business, service or other introduction agency;
(f) not take any photograph, video or recording at any Event, and not post anything about Clients, other Members or Events on social media; and
(g) keep confidential the names and details of Clients and other Members.
7.2 EuroMatch never charges you anything and never pays anyone to recruit Members. If anyone tells you that you must pay them, or that they will be paid, in connection with EuroMatch, please tell EuroMatch at info@euromatch.com.au.
8. PRIVACY
8.1 EuroMatch handles your personal information under the Privacy Policy. Your information is transferred to and stored in Australia; the Privacy Policy explains the legal basis for that and your rights under European data protection law, including to see, correct or delete your information.
9. MEDIA CONSENT (OPTIONAL)
9.1 A Member may, but need not, give EuroMatch permission to use photographs and video of her taken by EuroMatch at Events, and her first name, in EuroMatch marketing on the EuroMatch website and app, EuroMatch social media accounts, paid online advertising and printed material (the Media Consent). The Media Consent is given by ticking the separate Media Consent box on the Platform. Refusing it has no effect on membership or attendance.
9.2 EuroMatch will not use a surname, Contact Details or identity documents in any material, will not use any image in a sexualised or misleading way, and will not describe a person as having met a partner through EuroMatch unless that is true. Where EuroMatch uses images or testimonials of couples who did not meet through EuroMatch, it will say so.
9.3 A Media Consent may be withdrawn at any time by email to info@euromatch.com.au. Within 14 days EuroMatch will remove the material from the Platform and its own social media accounts and stop using it in new material. EuroMatch cannot recall printed material already distributed or copies made by others from public pages.
10. LEAVING AND REMOVAL
10.1 You may leave at any time by closing your account or telling EuroMatch in writing. Your Profile is removed within 2 Business Days. You may instead ask EuroMatch to hide your Profile for a time.
10.2 EuroMatch may suspend or remove your membership, or exclude you from any Event, at any time at its discretion, including immediately and without giving reasons. EuroMatch will not remove you because you declined to speak with or meet a Client, blocked a Client, made a report or withdrew from an Event.
11. RESPONSIBILITY
11.1 EuroMatch will conduct Events with reasonable care for your safety and holds public liability insurance for its Events. Nothing in these terms limits EuroMatch's liability for personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11.2 EuroMatch is not responsible for the conduct of any Client or any other person who is not EuroMatch Staff, for any decision you make about a relationship, or for anything that happens outside the Platform, an Event or an Approved Meeting.
11.3 No director, officer, employee, contractor or Interpreter of EuroMatch has any personal liability to you. Any claim may be brought only against EuroMatch Pty Ltd.
12. COMPLAINTS, MEDIATION AND GOVERNING LAW
12.1 Please send any complaint to info@euromatch.com.au. EuroMatch will respond in writing in English and Ukrainian. If a dispute is not resolved, you and EuroMatch must try to resolve it by mediation before either takes any legal action, unless the matter is urgent.
12.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Nothing in them takes away any right you have under the law of the country where you live.
12.3 EuroMatch may change these terms and will tell you in writing, in English and Ukrainian, at least 30 days before a change that reduces your rights takes effect.
13. ACCEPTANCE
13.1 By signing below (including by electronic signature on the Platform), you confirm that you have read these terms in a language you understand, that EuroMatch has offered to explain them through an Interpreter, that you are at least 18 years old, that you are applying freely, and that you agree to them.
13.2 [ ] Optional Media Consent: I agree that EuroMatch may use photographs and video of me taken at Events, and my first name, in EuroMatch marketing as described above. I understand I can withdraw this at any time.
